Folios and Boxes

Your order will be shipped within two working weeks from order.  You will receive an email confirming dispatch and your tracking number.

We ask that damaged Folios are returned within seven days, so a replacement can be issued.  If the product is returned after seven days, this will be at the purchaser’s expense.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the product, replacement products will be issued at the vendor’s discretion.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, each Folio will include an engraved plate. Please ensure you provide the information you would like engraved at checkout. We are able to engrave most logos.
