Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing Executive – Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Taking and developing our current marketing strategy and ensuring it continues to promote the business and grows awareness of what we do within our current verticals and across many more
  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Understanding the importance of measuring overall performance and understanding the visitor and target persona by measuring traffic, conversion, lead quality and cost per lead
  • Continuing to match marketing tactics to our development cycle whilst gaining a detailed understanding of the varying level of awareness of our products in the marketplace and the best carrots to draw prospects in
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Responsibility for offline activities such as PR events, print marketing/advertising, and direct mail
  • Assist with the work currently being done on our websites so they become effective ‘shop windows,’ whilst building and growing our social media platforms further
  • Contribute to monthly reporting on activity and the effectiveness of campaigns over a quarter and across the year
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Experience of both online and print marketing

Digital Marketing Executive – What We Need From You:

You'll have experience of:

  • Understanding of business challenges, buying processes and how to position solutions for senior decision-makers
  • Both digital and offline marketing
  • Researching, gathering and interpreting data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Design and/or close collaboration with designers and web developers
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SaaS and PPC
  • First-class planning and organisation
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and a solution-focused mentality
  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Your skill set:

  • Demonstrable advanced use of typical marketing platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, content management systems and more
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
