Celebrating Success at the WhatHouse? Awards
CALA Homes, Berkeley Group and London Square were among the many winners during the prestigious event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Hill took home several honours on the day, including gold for Best House, silver for Best Development and bronze for Sustainable Developer of the Year. In fact, clients of Classic Folios did exceptionally well, receiving at least one award in 90% of the categories available.
The WhatHouse? Awards are known as the Oscars of housebuilding, an annual event where developers are praised for their hard work in categories such as Best Large Housebuilder, Sustainable Developer and Best House. It was the 35th year for the new homes ceremony.
Now celebrating its 20th year, Classic Folios is thrilled to be partnered with so many outstanding Housebuilders across the UK, including Metis Homes, a local developer. The Winchester based company won silver for Best Small House Builder, claiming their success was down to "the professionalism of the entire Metis team and the wider network of partners, suppliers and contractors with whom we work".
