Celebrating 20 Years of Business
On 1st November 1996, former owner, Tim Wood, launched Tocio Promotions, before the company’s incorporation as Classic Folios in 2002. Starting as a small business with big ideas in Tim’s back bedroom, Classic Folios now has 40 employees, works with over 250 property developers in the UK and prides itself on being a market leader in property handover products.
As a small business, the Hampshire based company has achieved so much over the past 20 years. Tim Wood, now Chairman, says ‘There have been some turbulent times for the UK economy, but Classic Folios has always strived to maintain good relationships with its clients as well as producing exceptional quality products which together have enabled the business to thrive. We are excited about what the future holds and I am confident that we will continue to lead the UK handover market’.
Current owner, David Graydon, joined the company back in 2013 and has since worked alongside Tim to develop the business, focusing on the core market of home handover manuals and also bringing the company into the digital age.
David and Tim would like to thank each and every one of the clients who helped them reach this pinnacle anniversary, as well as the team whose dedication ensures that Classic Folios continues to go from strength to strength.
