| Exhibition heralds end of marketing deep freeze 16 September 09 With the property market showing tentative signs of recovery, Directors at Hampshire firm Classic Folios Limited felt the time was right to forge ahead with plans to cancel the freeze on marketing spend and embark on a series of strategic initiatives aimed at raising awareness of the company’s positive development throughout the credit crunch. In September alone, the firm has booked exhibition space at Resi 09, a high profile event attended by senior figures from across the property industry, and joined the influential development group, Business Southampton. As a niche property services supplier, Classic Folios offers the industry’s most comprehensive customer care documentation solutions and, despite the recession and inevitable downsizing, has maintained a continuous supply of manuals to over 200 developers. Tim Wood, Managing Director of Classic Folios Limited, says "It’s an exciting time for the business, as we’ve been able to successfully weather the property market downturn and there’s now an increasing sense of optimism from clients and prospects. We’re confident that kick-starting our marketing activity now will ensure healthy business growth over the next year.” Classic Folios will be showcasing their new home reservation and handover Folios, property manuals and unique online solution from 16-18 September at Stand B4 of the Resi 09 Exhibition Hall at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport.
