Established in 1996 as Tocio Promotions, Classic Folios was renamed, incorporated and moved to Fair Oak, Hampshire in December 2002. Wholly owned by Managing Director, Tim Wood, we have established ourselves as a major provider of home manuals to the housebuilding industry and are growing steadily year on year as our list of satisfied property developer clients continues to grow. In 2008 we relocated to brand new premises in Eastleigh, giving us over twice the space of our previous facility.
In addition to our range of HomeFolio products for property developers, we also produce personalised presentation Folios with printed fill for car and boat enthusiasts, and business customers.
We are based in a modern, open plan, self-contained office with storage and despatch facilities. All our production, engraving, collation and despatch is handled on-site, enabling us to maintain our high quality standards.
