Weston Homes and Classic Folios have been working together since June 2001. From the early days, when Classic Folios produced a home handover Folio in a custom blue leather to match their corporate identity, Weston Homes have enjoyed a peerless service.

The Folios all start life with the development brochure, which is used as a basis for the design of the Folios' content pages and engraved brass cover plates. These plates are used to personalise the Folio to each development and specific plot. The Folio contents average 30 pages and are sourced from a combination of Classic Folios' extensive library and originally sourced information from Weston Homes. 

The process of supplying Folios to Weston Homes purchasers is simple and effective. Usually, empty Folios are stored at Weston Homes and as plots become due for handover, personalised content and cover plates are called off by Area Sales Manager Charlotte Smith for rapid delivery. "Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances this has resulted in an excellent same day turnaround of contents and a personalised plate for a sold plot."
